Boil the potatoes and remove skin
Poke the potatoes with tooth pick
In a kadai add little oil and fry the potatoes with little turmeric powder and chilli powder till crispy
Transfer it to a plate
In a bowl add curd, turmeric powder , chilli powder and corriander powder and mix well without lumps
In the same kadai used to fry potato add oil and temper cumin seeds, pepper and red chilli
Then add onion and saute till golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
Then add curd mix in low flame and mix well
When oil seperates add fried pototoes and green chilli and required salt
Add 1/2 cup water
Boil till it thickens
Then add garam masala and kasuri methi at last and mix
