Ingredients

  • Potato 4


  • Onion 1


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp


  • Curd 1/2 cup


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Corriander powder 2 tsp


  • Garam masala 1 tsp


  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp


  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Green chilli 2


  • Red chilli 2


  • Pepper 1 tsp


  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Directions

  • Boil the potatoes and remove skin
  • Poke the potatoes with tooth pick
  • In a kadai add little oil and fry the potatoes with little turmeric powder and chilli powder till crispy
  • Transfer it to a plate
  • In a bowl add curd, turmeric powder , chilli powder and corriander powder and mix well without lumps
  • In the same kadai used to fry potato add oil and temper cumin seeds, pepper and red chilli
  • Then add onion and saute till golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • Then add curd mix in low flame and mix well
  • When oil seperates add fried pototoes and green chilli and required salt
  • Add 1/2 cup water
  • Boil till it thickens
  • Then add garam masala and kasuri methi at last and mix
